- Details you submit in the request form: name, phone, email, website, project description, selected options.
- Technical and campaign data attached to the request: page address, language, and advertising parameters in the link (for example utm_source, gclid, fbclid) so we know which channel the request came from.
- Basic site analytics and cookies, only if you accept the cookie notice.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare your free audit and discuss a project. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing newsletters without your consent.
Where it goes
Requests are delivered to our team through a messaging channel (Telegram) and an automation service we use to route them. These providers process the data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep requests as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting work, then delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@ez-company.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We ask for your choice in the cookie notice. You can decline non-essential cookies and still use the site.
